BASEBALL ACADEMY (ages 5-12)
This program is designed to develop the essential skills needed to succeed in the game of baseball. Through various drills, children will learn the proper techniques of hitting, fielding, throwing and base running. All players at the academy will get the attention he/she requires and deserves from a qualified instructor.

PITCHING ACADEMY (ages 9+)
The TEAMWORKS Pitching Academy is designed to prepare pitchers for the upcoming spring season. In addition to learning the proper mechanics of pitching, the academy will go over various pitching situations and ways to strengthen and maintain their arms. Class limited to 12 pitchers!

CATCHING ACADEMY (ages 9+)
The TEAMWORKS Catching Academy is designed to teach players the proper techniques of catching. Coaches will go over various techniques such as blocking, framing, footwork, pitch selection and throwing. Classes limited to 6 catchers!
